Teamsupervision focuses on the cooperation of the team members. Employees of a working or project group are meeting in order to discuss relevant topics such as cooperation, communication, goal orientation, processes, structures, values und cultur. For sure also personal topics can become relevant if there is an assumed importantance for the common process. In the center there are collective learning, finding synergies and solutions and participating in the process.
