Over my long years of experience as a staff developer and corporate trainer, I have also met a wide range of staff development issues from both the provider as well as the user side. This experience helps me to understand the needs of the participants and customers at eye level and implement this in a practical training program.
I think it is important that the participants, in addition to the theoretical pulses, can experience the content in many exercises and group work, in order to support the sustainability of the training ... after all, learning is simply better when you have fun!

In the training, I like to work with groups of up to about 12 participants, just to promote a lively  exchange within the group on one hand and on the other hand still have enough room for the individual needs of the participants.
